We’re looking for a driven, curious, and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help take NEXT.io to the next level. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building meaningful connections, and wants to make a real impact in the iGaming industry.

You’ll be joining a high-performing, collaborative, and genuinely awesome team that values ambition, ownership, and learning.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

  • Achieve and exceed assigned annual sales targets
  • Generate new business opportunities and build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
  • Cross-sell NEXT.io’s portfolio of solutions (events, digital sponsorships, media, content platforms)
  • Represent NEXT.io at industry events, including international conferences and networking events

Client Relationship Management

  • Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and a first-class customer journey
  • Understand client needs and align NEXT.io’s offerings to create tailored, value-driven solutions

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with internal teams (events, marketing, partnerships, content) to ensure client commitments are delivered seamlessly
  • Share client and market insights to help improve commercial strategy and product offerings
  • Work autonomously while collaborating effectively across departments

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Use HubSpot (CRM) to manage leads, pipeline, and sales forecasting
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on KPIs, pipeline, and performance
  • Maintain up-to-date account records and ensure all client activity is captured

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within iGaming, media, events, or B2B services
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required

Nice-to-Have

  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry
  • Existing industry network or relationships
  • Additional language skills beyond English
  • Experience selling event sponsorships, media, or content solutions
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
