Business Development Administrator

Hacksaw Gaming, an award-winning supplier of innovative online casino, is seeking a well organized and dynamic Business Development Administrator to join the team to assist with administrative and coordinative tasks.

Essential job duties:

• Contract Administration Support: Assist in managing contract files, tracking key dates and milestones, and coordinating the review and signing process with external partners.
• CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain internal CRM systems with accurate information on clients, contracts, and commercial activities to support team operations.
• Documentation Management: Organize and maintain commercial documents, including contracts, internal communications, and partner correspondence, ensuring accessibility and version control.
• Reporting Assistance: Support the preparation of regular reports and summaries related to contract status, commercial performance, and budget tracking for internal review.
• Stakeholder Communication: Help coordinate communication between internal teams and ensure timely sharing of information related to contracts and commercial matters.
• Team Support: Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and assisting with presentation materials.
• Relationship Support: Assist in managing contact lists and basic relationship management tasks with external partners and internal departments.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills with proven experience in administrative or commercial support roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft 365, Google tools, and ERP/CRM systems, with a comfort level using technology.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, with familiarity in contract management and procurement processes.
• Basic understanding of data analytics, business economics, or marketing; iGaming experience is a plus but not essential.
