Role Overview:
As a Senior VIP Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of our most valuable players, ensuring they feel recognized, rewarded, and engaged. You will be the bridge between data and action—using analytics to anticipate player needs, prevent churn, and maximize lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with VIP and high-net-worth players, providing personalized support and engagement.
- Use CRM tools to segment players, track behavior, and deliver tailored campaigns that boost retention and lifetime value.
- Analyze player data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and develop proactive retention strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to create targeted promotions, bonuses, and loyalty programs.
- Monitor and report on VIP account performance metrics, including engagement, activity, and revenue contribution.
- Identify at-risk VIPs and implement retention interventions to minimize churn.
- Stay up-to-date with iGaming trends, competitor VIP offerings, and best practices to continuously enhance our VIP program.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in iGaming VIP account management, CRM, or player retention roles.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., IGT CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) and retention tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
- Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Desirable Attributes:
- Deep understanding of player lifecycle management and loyalty strategies in iGaming.
