Commercial Executive - Gaming

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will spearhead the performance of the Betfair International Gaming P&L, focusing on key international markets across all product types and segments. Your strategic insight will drive performance across diverse segments, addressing crucial customer trends and contributing to the overall growth of Betfair Gaming in our international markets, innovative thinking and a deep understanding of the global customer base will be integral to your role.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

Our office is in the heart of Saint Julian's business hub, housed on the 2nd floor of the eco-friendly Spinola Park building. Enjoy beach views from green terraces, relax in our games room with a pool table and ping pong, and savour complimentary snacks, drinks, and fruits.

What you’ll do:

Revenue and Budget Management:

• Support the execution of Betfair Gaming campaigns through marketing and product strategies.
• Contribute to the monthly Betfair Gaming marketing plan (including Priority) and associated budget.
• Conduct player base analysis to implement effective monetization strategies and personalised customer communications.
• Support cross-location and cross-functional teams, including CRM, to execute commercial-owned marketing plans flawlessly.
• Act as the voice of the customer in interactions with centralized marketing functions when necessary.

Operations:

• Work with Operations to maintain high standards, ensuring the site operates seamlessly for every promo and user journey.
• Support Commercial Product to ensure relevant content is displayed to the right customers at all times.
• Contribute to the delivery of an ongoing test roadmap and drive a continuous improvement agenda.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in working in a P&L role in Gaming, preferably in an international context.
• Experience in Spanish gambling market preferred but is not required.
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Resilience: Proven ability to perform confidently under pressure, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and operating effectively amid ambiguity.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated experience in understanding customer motivations (particularly Sports bettors and Gaming players) and delivering customer-centric campaigns aligned with their needs.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work and getting it right the first time.
• Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing and influencing multiple stakeholders across regions, building effective relationships and driving outcomes through both formal and informal networks.
• Learning Agility: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, adapt to change, and thrive in dynamic environments.
