The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Night Sales and Success Representative to join our Customer Experience and Success team, focusing on the Australia and New Zealand markets. This role is designed for native English speakers who thrive during night shifts aligned with these time zones and who love engaging with players, solving problems, and boosting deposits.

You’ll be at the forefront of our operations during off-peak hours in Europe, ensuring that players from Australia and New Zealand receive top-tier service, guidance, and offers that convert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in outbound and inbound player contact (calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email).
  • Support first-time depositors, encourage repeat deposits, and reactivate inactive accounts.
  • Identify and resolve failed deposit issues, offering assistance and payment solutions tailored to the player's region.
  • Promote relevant bonuses and offers, guiding players through their journeys from registration to loyalty.
  • Keep accurate records in CRM tools, maintaining a structured workflow and communication log.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Payments, CRM, and Compliance to enhance player satisfaction.
  • Stay compliant with responsible gaming guidelines, while being proactive in upselling and re-engaging.
  • Participate in feedback loops and share player insights to help improve services and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Native English speaker (mandatory), with an understanding of Australian and Kiwi culture and player behavior.
  • Prior experience in sales, player reactivation, or iGaming support roles, preferred.
  • Strong communication and sales skills – you’re comfortable closing offers over the phone or through messaging.
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with Australia/New Zealand time zones.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and driven by performance and targets.
  • Experience with Voiso, Zendesk, and CRM systems is a bonus.
  • Flexible and available during weekends and peak activity times.
