The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, as a Publisher Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with affiliate publishers to support our user acquisition and revenue goals. You'll play a key role in optimizing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our partnerships deliver strong results. This role is ideal for someone results-driven, with a strong network in the gaming affiliate space and the motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

As a Publisher Manager, you are expected to:

  • Identify, acquire, and build relationships with new affiliate publishers
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of existing partnerships
  • Support and coordinate with advertiser teams to ensure alignment and success
  • Provide strategic, consultative input to partners based on campaign goals and industry insights, and stay up to date with the latest affiliate and gaming industry trends
  • Suggest and implement initiatives to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to improve results across multiple accounts
  • Proactively build a pipeline through outreach and industry networking
  • Ensure all revenue, traffic targets, and any other KPIs set by management are met or exceeded.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar Publisher or Affiliate Manager role, ideally within the gaming industry
  • Possesses an extensive and well-established network of gaming affiliates and publishers.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong ambition to succeed and exceed targets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize accordingly
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work beyond standard office hours when needed, with a โ€œgo the extra mileโ€ attitude
  • Comfortable with international collaboration and remote communication
