As a Product Retention Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing player engagement and loyalty through gamification initiatives and retention-focused product features. You will collaborate closely with product managers, CRM, design, and development teams to create innovative retention tools and engaging player experiences within our online casino platform.

Your goal is to increase player lifetime value (LTV), reduce churn, and drive engagement through personalized gamified experiences, missions, jackpot, loyalty programs.


Key Responsibilities:

Gamification & Feature Management

  • Coordinate the development, launch, and optimization of gamification features (missions, levels, tournaments, jackpot, etc.)
  • Assist in defining feature requirements and ensure alignment with player engagement and retention goals.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging gamification trends in iGaming.

Retention Optimization

  • Monitor player behaviour and KPIs to identify retention opportunities and improve existing features.
  • Work closely with CRM and Data teams to analyze the impact of gamification mechanics on retention metrics.
  • Support A/B testing and performance tracking of new retention initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between product, marketing, development, and design teams to ensure smooth implementation of gamification campaigns and tools.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal stakeholders.

Player Experience Management

  • Ensure that gamification elements contribute positively to player satisfaction and responsible gaming.
  • Collect and analyze player feedback to inform product improvements.

Reporting & Insights

  • Produce reports on gamification performance, retention KPIs, and user engagement metrics.
  • Present insights and actionable recommendations to product leadership.


Qualifications Required: 

  • 1+ years of experience in a product coordination, CRM, or retention role within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of player lifecycle management and engagement mechanics.
  • Experience working with gamification systems (e.g., missions, leaderboards, loyalty programs).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
