We are looking for a Junior CRM Executive to support the day-to-day execution and QA of CRM campaigns across multiple brands and markets. The role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and ideal for someone looking to build a career in CRM within the iGaming industry. Experience with Optimove and Asana is preferred. Native or fluent French or German is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Set up, schedule, and launch CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, onsite) in Optimove.
- Quality Assurance: Test and validate campaign flows, segmentation, bonus logic, and comms to ensure 100% accuracy before launch.
- Task Management: Track campaign progress in Asana, chase missing assets, and flag risks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Reporting Support: Assist with pulling performance reports and highlighting key outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and BI to ensure assets and data are delivered as required.
Skills & Requirements
- 0β2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, organized way of working.
- Experience with CRM tools (Optimove preferred) and Asana is an advantage.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Native or fluent French or German; English required.
