We are now looking for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our professional yet easy-going customer support team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver fast, accurate, personalised, and friendly support to customers via email and live chat.
  • Maintain and monitor player accounts with attention to detail.
  • Staying updated with our products, promotions and special offers that we promote to our customers.
  • Reporting relevant issues such as downtime and multi-user issues to third other departments and/or Team Lead.
  • Handling occasional supportive tasks from our other departments. This is a great opportunity to get to know the business from different angles and to grow professionally!

Our specialists work 8-hour shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements:

  • A native Portuguese speaker with a good knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • A service-oriented person who enjoys helping customers and solving problems.
  • A positive, proactive mindset and a natural problem solver.
  • Customer service-focused, committed, reliable, and a team player.
  • A flexible team player who is able to work independently.
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but you don’t need experience in the gaming business. We provide full training for all our employees.
