Position Summary:
As a Junior Payment Onboarding Coordinator, you'll handle the technical setup, onboarding, and migrations of PSPs, maintain documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and payment providers to ensure smooth integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Handle technical set-up of PSPs (account creation and configuration)
- Technical set-up for the onboarding of new brands and migrations (PIQ, praxis, direct integrations).
- Maintain documentation (Confluence, Monday boards) related to the PSP tech set-up, mids, configurations, platform and PSP requirements, etc.
- Raise and manage PSP-related bug tasks with the gateways, platform providers and PSPs.
- Raise and manage extra development tasks.
- Be a focal point (or at least communicate) with the gateways, platform providers and PSPs for any tech-related tasks and projects.
- QA payment methods and cashier for onboardings and migrations, and any extra development tasks and integrations.
- Work closely with the PSP Config and onboarding teams in order to get all the required PSP info.
- Improving of existing PSP/Gateway integrations and flows.
- Keep up with the solutions offered per brand, and communicate with the account management team on the remaining gaps and solutions offered.
- Perform onboarding of PSPs for various licenses and maintain the process throughout different onboarding stages.
- Keep communication and be the focal point for communication with payment providers.
- Maintain documentation (Confluence, Monday boards) related to the PSP onboardings, PSP contacts, onboarding procedures, PSP requirements, etc.
- Work closely with the legal team for agreement revisions.
Requirements:
- More than one year of experience in gaming, with some knowledge of payments and compliance.
- Experience with Jira, DevCode, and payment gateway integrations.
- Good communication skills
- Be very detail-oriented and organised
- Experience in PIQ, direct integrations. Knowledge of Praxis is a bonus.
- Legal background could be a benefit (to review agreements/addenda)
