πŸ“ˆAbout the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Event Partnerships to lead and grow our commercial partnerships across all event verticals. You will be responsible for developing and executing a partnership strategy that drives revenue, enhances event value, and cultivates long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong network, a deep understanding of the events landscape (especially B2B conferences, exhibitions, and summits), and the ability to think both strategically and commercially.

✍️ Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development:
    • Define and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with event goals and business objectives.
  • Commercial Revenue Growth:
    • Identify partnership and exhibition opportunities across events.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and sustain senior-level relationships with key industry players, partners, and event suppliers to drive collaboration and long-term value.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the Partnerships team, driving high performance while overseeing sponsorship tracking and ensuring alignment with event and supplier deadlines.
  • Event Collaboration:
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of commercial commitments and partner deliverables.
  • Market Insight & Innovation:
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities, drive innovation, and continuously enhance partnership offerings.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Track partnership performance metrics and generate post-event ROI reports for stakeholders and sponsors.

β˜‘οΈ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial partnerships in the events industry.
  • Proven success in driving revenue through sponsorships and strategic partnerships
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to engage effectively across all levels. English fluency required
  • Experience working across international markets is a strong plus
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting with a strong focus on event execution.

  • Experience and connections within the iGaming industry are highly desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and project management platforms such as Monday.com is a plus. Ability to leverage systems for pipeline tracking, performance analysis, and workflow management.
