We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Affiliates to lead the affiliate marketing efforts of our partner brands. This senior role requires a strong track record in iGaming, proven leadership ability, and a deep understanding of acquisition strategy and affiliate performance optimization. You will be responsible for managing the affiliate program end-to-end, driving growth, and ensuring the effectiveness of our partner network while leading and developing a high-performing affiliate team.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the affiliate team, ensuring strategic focus, operational excellence, and strong day-to-day execution.
  • Own and run affiliate marketing programs across partner brands, securing valuable partnerships in both mature and emerging markets.
  • Define and enforce protocols to safeguard traffic quality and proactively combat fraud, ensuring long-term player value.
  • Monitor, analyze, and forecast affiliate performance against budgets and KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimize for LTV, retention, and ROI.
  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies, campaigns, and tailored incentives by affiliate segment to boost engagement and results.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and data teams to strengthen acquisition performance across all channels.
  • Increase yield and quality of key affiliates through strategic relationship management and performance optimization.
  • Represent the affiliate team at industry events, exhibitions, and conventions in Malta and abroad, staying ahead of trends to support expansion opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, actionable affiliate performance reports and recommendations to senior management.


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in affiliate marketing within iGaming, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Data-driven and methodical person with demonstrable ability to analyze traffic quality, player LTV, and ROI, using insights to proactively refine and adapt acquisition strategies.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing campaigns, developing partner segments, and driving continuous improvements across affiliate programs.
  • Strong understanding of global iGaming markets, with the creativity and resourcefulness to navigate challenging industry conditions and the capability to evaluate and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, effective at engaging both external partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Inspiring and supportive leader with a positive, motivating attitude, able to bring out the best in others while fostering collaboration and strong team spirit.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
