Overview:

As a Casino Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our casino products for B2B clients. This role involves ensuring optimal performance of games, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and collaborating with various teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver a seamless casino experience across white-label and turnkey solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the casino portfolio across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
  • Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients, addressing their needs, and providing updates on the casino's performance and new releases.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to curate and launch new game content tailored to client and market needs.
  • Ensure all gaming products meet jurisdictional regulations, coordinating with legal and compliance teams.
  • Monitor KPIs related to customer engagement, game performance, and revenue. Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
  • Manage relationships with game providers and suppliers to ensure timely content delivery and the best selection of games.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues related to the platform or games.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to ensure the platform remains competitive.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a similar casino management role within the iGaming industry (preferably B2B).
  • Strong understanding of casino products, game management, player lifecycle, and regulatory environments.
  • Familiarity with casino management platforms, PAM (Player Account Management) systems, and relevant iGaming tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, internal teams, and suppliers. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
