Where and how we work?

We are growing our team across Malta, Lisbon (PT), Sofia (BG), London (UK), and Bucharest (RO) and are looking for talented professionals to join us! We embrace a hybrid work model, with an expectation for You to attend the office at least twice a week to connect, innovate, and grow together while also having the flexibility to work remotely.


Long story short, you will

ensure smooth day-to-day casino operations either on our managed services or aggregator platforms. You will coordinate game releases, support new provider integrations, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver a seamless casino experience & product.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Manage daily operations of casino lobbies across multiple brands and markets
  • Coordinate and schedule timely release of new games
  • Update existing lobbies with new categories and product enhancements
  • Test and configure new game provider integrations (Aggregator team)
  • Maintain and support demo brand environments (Aggregator team)
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology
  • Act as a point of contact for game providers, assisting with technical and configuration issues
  • Analyze game performance and player preferences by market
  • Ensure content is compliant with regulations in all operating jurisdictions
  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Casino Operations Manager or Team Lead


Your areas of knowledge and expertise :

  • Previous experience as a Casino Coordinator or in a similar casino-focused role
  • Genuine passion for games and the iGaming industry
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Basic understanding of project management principles
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach with a "get things done" attitude
  • Solution-focused mindset with the ability to adapt and problem-solve effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
