Megapixel, a dynamic and innovative gaming company, is seeking an experienced VIP Coordinator to join our team in Malta! The VIP Coordinator is at the heart of our player engagement strategy, working with the most valuable customers across multiple markets, predominantly in the German market. This is a dynamic role with room for creativity, ownership, and impact. From hosting exclusive events to tailoring campaigns and analysing performance, you will help ensure that our VIPs feel valued while also driving business growth.

To succeed, you’ll combine superior service with strong analytical skills, using data to improve offers and keep our edge over competitors. Working closely with the CRM team and other departments, you’ll balance compliance requirements with innovative, player-first experiences. The ideal candidate is ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow both individually and professionally.

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  Relationship & Service Excellence

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with VIP customers and provide exceptional service tailored to their needs.
  • Handle daily queries and resolve complaints, including out of hours when necessary.
  • Identify customer pain points and help VIPs to overcome them.

  Campaigns & Engagement

  • Create and launch campaigns that drive VIP activity, defining target segments and ensuring timely delivery, close monitoring, and clear reporting of results.
  • Suggest and develop creative ideas for bonuses, gifts, challenges, and hospitality to strengthen engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with CRM on copywriting, proofreading, and campaign execution.

  Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with departments such as CRM, Payments, Customer Operations, Responsible Gambling, and Casino to provide seamless service.
  • Ensure all offers and campaigns comply with business rules and regulatory requirements.

  Analysis & Growth

  • Monitor individual customer performance and track KPIs to identify opportunities.
  • Manage both individual and team-defined targets.
  • Support ad hoc projects as required.

 

Who You Are

  • A native German speaker (or fluent secondary language) with excellent written skills, plus fluent English. Swedish is considered a plus.
  • Experienced in iGaming (Casino) — VIP experience is a plus.
  • Confident with data, KPIs, and spreadsheets, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Experience with Intercom, Tableau, Jira, PaymentIQ and Symplify are considered a plus.
  • Service-driven and able to build strong rapport with customers.
  • Resilient and adaptable — you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • A quick learner with a proactive mindset, eager to grow and make an impact.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, including remote collaboration.
