We are looking for a quality-focused and detail-oriented User Experience Specialist to champion the player experience across our Casino & Sportsbook platforms. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the functionality, flow, and usability of our front-end products meet the highest standards. You will be the first line of defence in detecting issues that could impact our players, from broken journeys to display glitches, misaligned game behaviours and much more. You will collaborate closely with several departments across the organisation to ensure everything we release delivers a smooth, bug-free experience.

The role can be based in Malta (Hybrid) or fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test new Casino & Sportsbook features, promotions, user journeys, and front-end releases across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Validate UI/UX flows to ensure a consistent, intuitive, and error-free player experience.
  • Raise and track defects using internal tools with detailed steps, screenshots, and replication conditions.
  • Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Work closely with the Product and Design teams to align on feature behaviour and usability expectations.
  • Act as the voice of the player during release testing phases, ensuring we meet both functional and experience standards.
  • Support UAT and soft-launch processes, providing feedback and coordinating issue resolution before full rollout.
  • Document test results, feedback loops, and issue trends for continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as requested by Management.


Key Competencies:

  • Extensive experience in Customer Support within the iGaming industry, with a deep understanding of player behaviours, expectations, and pain points.
  • A natural attention to detail and curiosity about how things work β€” particularly how player-facing features behave across different scenarios.
  • Comfortable reviewing player journeys across web and mobile platforms, including registration, deposits, gameplay, and promotions.
  • Able to clearly describe issues or bugs in a structured and professional way (written and verbal), with examples and context.
  • Familiar with internal tools such as Jira, UAT environments, and CRM systems (experience using them as a CS agent is sufficient; QA training will be provided).
  • Confident working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Development teams to raise and follow up on bugs or user experience issues.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and open to learning QA methodologies, tools, and testing documentation.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a QA, product testing, or UX validation role.
  • Solid understanding of testing across web and mobile environments.
  • Familiarity with casino and sportsbook platforms and features, including game lobbies, wallets, registration flows, and promotions.
  • Proficient in Jira and comfortable using testing environments (UAT/staging).
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot inconsistencies or usability issues.
  • Ability to clearly communicate defects and player-impact concerns to cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing (Chrome, Safari, iOS, Android, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment with fast iteration cycles.

The personal data that we are provided with is used by us only for the following purposes: recruitment processes, the performance of our duties arising from the provisions of the law relating to employing workers and establishing cooperation, and, potentially, also to establish, pursue and defending claims made against us.
  3. The legal basis for the processing of personal data by us is the provisions of the law, the legal duty that is imposed upon us (art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR) in the event of recruitment, to take steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract and to perform a contract (art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We can also process data based on our legitimate interests pursued by the controller consisting of establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims in proceedings before courts or public authorities(art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
  4. We can make our employees' data available to entities and bodies to which we are obligated to transfer the data under the provisions of the law, as well as entities that render services on our behalf that are necessary to conduct business (e.g. accounting, legal services, services related to benefits concerning medical care, insurance and access to recreational facilities, etc.).
  5. We will only keep personal data stored for as long as is reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes and legal obligations outlined in this clause. 
  6. In the case of recruitment - we will keep your data for the entire recruitment period and up to 3 months after its completion.
  7. If you give us your consent - we will keep your data for the future recruitment processes up to 3 years. 
  8. You have the right to: access your data, rectify, erasure, restrict processing, make a complaint to a supervisory authority, and the right to transfer the data. The consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn at any time. However, it does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In the case of recruitment, withdrawing the consent will make it impossible for us to take your application documents under advisement.
