Streaming & Video Growth Lead

Growth Leads is a leading affiliate and lead generation company in the iGaming and finance verticals. We build high-end websites and content that help users make informed decisions and drive high-intent traffic through organic and paid search.

We’re looking for an Streaming & Video Growth Lead to own and scale our presence across YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, and other video platforms. You’ll design and execute growth strategies, build repeatable systems, and lead a small creative and streaming team to turn our video and live content into a major growth engine for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy for growing followers, subscribers, and viewers across multiple streaming and social platforms.
• Build repeatable growth systems: SEO optimization, thumbnails/titles, clip funnels, live scheduling, A/B testing, and virality tactics.
• Develop and execute 0 → 100k+ audience roadmaps for each channel.
• Use analytics (CTR, retention, watch-time, chat engagement, traffic sources) to optimize and scale content.
• Identify content trends, niches, and algorithm opportunities; rapidly experiment to capitalize on them.
• Lead collaborations, co-streams, and influencer partnerships to accelerate discovery.
• Build and manage a strong community presence (Discord, giveaways, loyalty programs).
• Oversee live streams and maintain top-tier production quality.
• Produce and supervise VODs, highlights, shorts, and repurposed content.
• Manage the full production pipeline: concepts, scripting, recording, editing, and publishing.
• Maintain and improve the streaming tech stack (cameras, audio, lighting, etc.).
• Create scalable SOPs for streaming, content production, and posting schedules.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor streamers, editors, producers, and other creative team members.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven track record growing video or streaming channels from small to large audiences (50k+, 100k+, or more).
• Understanding of platform algorithms and best practices for YouTube, Twitch/Kick, TikTok/Shorts/Reels.
• Strong video production experience: planning, filming, editing, and publishing content at scale.
• Hands-on proficiency with streaming tools, editing tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing on-camera talent.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and viewer engagement in both live and short-form formats.
• Creative thinker with an understanding of what drives watch-time, clicks, shares, and returning viewers.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments.
• iGaming or online casino content experience, ideally with affiliate or conversion-driven goals.
