πŸ“ˆ The Role:

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and creative Senior Event Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact events that align with our brand and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in event strategy, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration to produce exceptional events.

✍️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies to support business objectives.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end event lifecycle management, including budgeting, timelines, staffing, logistics, risk assessments, and reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior event staff and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and high performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, content, media and the executive team to align event goals.
  • Suppliers & Venue Management: Source and manage venues, caterers, A/V, production crews and other third-party suppliers.
  • Onsite Execution: Oversee event setup, operations, and teardown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and issues are quickly resolved.
  • Budget Oversight: Prepare and manage event budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective planning.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyse event performance metrics (ROI, attendee feedback, engagement) and report outcomes to the executive team.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure all events adhere to health & safety regulations, contracts, and insurance requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale conferences/ exhibitions.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management for events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management.
  • Experience with event technology platforms (e.g., Bizzabo) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry.
