Senior UI/UX Designer

Rhino Entertainment is on the lookout for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help shape world-class digital experiences in the dynamic world of iGaming. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will play a key role at the intersection of design, product, and tech, working on a fast-growing platform where player-centric thinking, innovation, and high-quality execution drive everything we do.

What your role will look like:

• Maintain, evolve, and document our Figma design system for multiple products and brands
• Define and manage design tokens to ensure scalable, consistent theming and styling across platforms
• (Bonus) Collaborate using Tokens Studio for Figma or similar tools to sync tokens with code
• Create intuitive, user-centered designs that align with product goals and business requirements
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, and design specifications using Figma
• Support iterative design processes, collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and QA
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are feasible, accessible, and performant
• Provide clear specs, guidance, and assets to enable smooth design-to-dev handoffs
• Actively participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and usability tests
• Ensure clear, structured documentation of components, patterns, and usage guidelines
• Help onboard and support internal teams in adopting and contributing to the design system

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products (consumer-facing preferred)
• Advanced Figma skills: components, variants, auto-layout
• Strong knowledge of design systems and design tokens
• (Bonus) Experience with Tokens Studio for Figma
• Proven collaboration with PMs, developers, and cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end implementation constraints
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and focused on design consistency
• Experience designing for multiple brands or themes within one system
• Familiarity with component-driven workflows (e.g., Storybook, DesignOps)
• Understanding of accessibility best practices
• (Bonus) Skills in motion design, prototyping, or micro-interactions
