We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Responsible Gambling Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be a cornerstone of our player protection efforts, using your expertise to identify at-risk players, conduct sensitive interactions, and ensure the company's full compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will act as a key point of escalation and work collaboratively across departments to uphold our commitment to social responsibility.
Your Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of dedicated experience in a Responsible Gaming role within the iGaming industry.
- In-depth, expert knowledge of MGA regulations, particularly the Player Protection Directive.
- Familiarity with other major regulatory frameworks, such as the UKGC or DGOJ, will be considered a significant asset.
- A solid understanding of AML/CFT regulations and how they intersect with responsible gaming and player protection.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with a genuine passion for player safety and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to make informed, independent decisions on escalated cases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy, professionalism, and authority.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and experience with workflow management systems (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk).
What You Will Do:
- Monitor & Assess: Proactively monitor player activity using internal tools and risk-based triggers to identify patterns of behavior that may indicate potential gambling-related harm. Take decisive and appropriate action in line with company policies and regulatory obligations.
- Engage & Interact: Conduct proactive and empathetic customer interactions via multiple channels (email, phone). Engage with players to discuss their gaming habits, provide information on RG tools, offer support, and apply necessary account limitations or closures in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate When Needed: Serve as the primary escalation point for the Customer Support team and other departments on complex or sensitive responsible gambling cases, providing expert guidance and making informed decisions.
- Record & Report: Maintain meticulous, accurate, and confidential logs of all player interactions, interventions, and decisions for regulatory reporting, internal auditing, and quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work in close partnership with the Responsible Gaming Manager, Customer Support, AML, and Fraud teams to ensure a cohesive, effective, and customer-centric approach to player safety and intervention.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Cooperate with internal teams and external regulatory bodies (such as the MGA) to ensure full compliance with all player protection frameworks and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Policy Development: Assist in the ongoing review and enhancement of responsible gambling policies, procedures, and training materials to reflect regulatory changes and industry best practices.
