Senior Product Owner

As a Senior Product Owner in PAM you will manage the strategy and performance of our platform product portfolio. The role is key in expanding and innovating our core platform product, with a keen focus on customer centricity, an excellent understanding of the technology that powers these products to the highest standard. This role reports directly to the Head of Product - Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Own, plan, and prioritise the product backlog, serving as the definitive owner of the game's backlog and its priorities. This includes continuous collaboration with stakeholders to assess and align on strategic goals.
• Assess product value and assist stakeholders in developing business cases that support key strategic initiatives.
• Gather and define user-centric requirements, focusing on delivering an exceptional user experience across all products.
• Work on enhancing the UI/UX to improve the overall self-service experience for users.
• Develop comprehensive business requirement documentation and secure stakeholder sign-off on design, requirements, and solutions prior to development.
• Break down deliverables into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, including workflows and wireframes where necessary.
• Identify and address any cross-domain requirements, collaborating with other Product Owners to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
• Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies with the development team.
• Work with development teams and architects to get high-level estimates for features and initiatives.
• Play a key role in resolving impediments that may impact the successful completion of release or sprint goals.
• Lead the final sign-off on features and products before their market launch, ensuring quality and alignment with objectives.
• Oversee release planning and provide stakeholders with timely updates on the status of deliverables.
• Continuously research and analyse market trends and user feedback to ensure that our products remain competitive and user-focused.

Who you are

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner or similar role
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Familiarity with Agile framework
• Organisational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Ideally with B2B experience
