We are looking for a Senior Campaign Strategist to lead the planning and orchestration of high-impact marketing campaigns across our casino and sportsbook brands. This senior role bridges the Brand and Acquisition functions, ensuring every campaign; from seasonal offers to major sports activations; is creative, cohesive, and performance-driven. The Senior Campaign Strategist owns the campaign calendar, aligning multiple teams around unified messages and measurable outcomes. Working closely with the Brand Marketing Lead, youβll ensure that all promotions and campaigns not only drive acquisition and retention but also stay true to our brand positioning and tone of voice.
What You Will Do:
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop and manage the
global campaign calendar across brands and markets.
- Conceptualize campaign ideas and promotional mechanics tied to business goals, sports events, and player insights.
- Translate marketing objectives into creative briefs for Paid Media, CRM, Affiliation, Social, and SEO teams.
- Ensure all campaigns balance brand coherence and commercial performance.
Project Management & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery β from ideation and briefing to go-live and reporting.
- Coordinate with Design and Tech for landing pages, banners, and on-site messaging.
- Monitor timelines and dependencies to ensure seamless rollout across departments.
- Partner with the Brand Strategy Lead to align campaign visuals and tone of voice.
Performance & Optimization
- Define and monitor KPIs for campaign success (e.g. Signups, FTDs, Engagement, ROAS).
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and share insights with relevant teams.
- Continuously improve campaign frameworks based on performance data and market feedback.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Paid Media, CRM, SEO, and Affiliation to maximize campaign impact.
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Lead to ensure that campaign storytelling aligns with the broader brand identity.
- Partner with product, design, and development teams to enhance campaign experiences on-site.
Your Experience:
- 5+ years of experience across Marketing, Marketing Project Management, Growth, Content, and Marketing Operations, including campaign management within the iGaming industry.
- Proven ability to lead multi-channel campaigns from strategy to execution across different brands.
- Strong understanding of offers, bonuses, and player segmentation.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Monday, Jira).
- Some exposure to UX, gamification, or creative production workflows.
