Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in B2B iGaming sales, specifically in white label and turnkey platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate the fast-paced iGaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth & Lead Generation
- Identify, engage, and acquire new business opportunities in emerging and established iGaming markets.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to connect with key decision-makers.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive engagement.
2. Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization with potential clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities.
3. Sales Strategy & Revenue Optimization
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
- Provide insights on market positioning, pricing models, and product enhancements based on client feedback and market demands.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue per client.
5. Sales Reporting & CRM Management
- Track and analyse sales performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in company CRM.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B iGaming sales, with a strong focus on white label and turnkey platforms.
- Strong network in the iGaming industry with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of iGaming products, industry trends, and regulatory environments.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
