We are looking for a proactive Recruitment & HR Coordinator to support our day-to-day HR operations and assist with the recruitment process across the business. This role combines HR administrative responsibilities with hands-on recruitment support, helping to ensure smooth people operations and an efficient, positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
What you will do:
- Support and own the recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Support hiring managers and senior HR team members by coordinating recruitment processes and sharing candidate updates.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Help maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Update HR systems, employee databases, and personnel files accurately.
- Support benefits administration, leave tracking, and respond to basic employee HR queries.
Your Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR Administrator or Recruiter role.
- Proven experience managing recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with HR systems, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
