We’re now looking for a QA Team Lead to join our team of high-impact, fast-growing Digitainers. We foster a strong culture of personal development and corporate excellence. The ideal candidate will lead the charge in improving a world-class iGaming platform by managing QA strategy, implementing tools and processes, and scaling automation frameworks.
Responsibilities:
• Define and implement quality strategy for multi-brand mobile platform
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of QA engineers across multiple squads
• Establish comprehensive testing standards and frameworks, and best practices
• Ensure quality coverage for feature flags, A/B tests, and brand variations
• Implement quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on release criteria and quality gates
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and automation capabilities
• Own the QA hiring, onboarding, and team development roadmap
Required qualifications:
• 7+ years QA experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record scaling QA in large-scale mobile environments
• Deep understanding of test automation frameworks and testing strategies
• Experience managing distributed QA teams
• Strong background in quality metrics: escaped defect rate, MTTR, flake rate, automation coverage by risk tier, release health (crash-free sessions)
• Experience establishing quality KPIs and reporting dashboards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with hands-on capabilities
