Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse deposits and withdrawals, investigating and reporting anomalies.
  • Monitor bonus usage to detect and prevent bonus abuse and fraudulent patterns.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date KYC documentation, aligning with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage payments and fraud-related system alerts, taking prompt and effective action.
  • Handle CS queries regarding payment transactions, KYC, and related issues.
  • Evaluate complex cases and escalate them to the relevant teams as needed.
  • Support the Payments & Fraud Manager with process improvements, data analysis, and KYC and Payment provider management.
  • Stay current with fraud trends, continuously developing your expertise to improve fraud prevention measures.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday initially, with flexibility to adjust as the team grows and shifts are introduced.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry, working within KYC, Risk, Fraud, or Payments teams.
  • Knowledge of Dutch and Portuguese gambling regulations is highly desirable.
  • Experience with payment issues resolution is preferred.
  • Experience identifying and preventing online gambling fraud is an advantage.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Dutch and Portuguese is a plus.
  • Service-minded, with a proactive approach to resolving issues before they escalate.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Investigative mindset.
  • A “can do” attitude and hands-on approach.
  • Strong computer skills.
