If you have proven leadership or Key Account Management experience, a strong understanding of the LATAM market, and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, this could be the role for you! You’ll play a key role in building lasting client relationships, leading a team to success, and driving growth in one of our most exciting regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team focused on the LATAM market, ensuring strong performance and growth.
- Act as the main point of contact and provide a high level of customer service for key LATAM clients.
- Manage multiple accounts in a professional, organized, and proactive manner.
- Oversee day-to-day relationships with customers and revenues across a portfolio of products, including Slots, Scratchcards, and Instant Win games.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Work with clients to gain insights into product performance and conduct regular client review meetings.
- Monitor promotional campaign performance, proactively identifying opportunities or resolving issues.
- Deliver client revenues in line with company forecasts and contribute to achieving agreed KPIs.
- Promote company products and offerings while staying up to date with the latest innovations and market trends.
- Drive improvements in the customer experience within the LATAM market.
- Represent the company at iGaming industry events and exhibitions where required.
- Support the wider commercial team with additional projects and initiatives as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proven track record with minimum 2 years’ experience in Commercial / Account Management (KAM) or Team Leadership roles within the Igaming industry
- Strong understanding of the LATAM market and its commercial and regulatory dynamics.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required; proficiency in English is also essential.
- Proven leadership with a self-starter mindset and drive to succeed.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to understand and manage agreements.
