Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure and Network Management:

• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance across global sites, ensuring high availability and security.
• Oversee the provisioning of new studios, including hardware, networking, and design.
• Oversee physical and virtual infrastructure, including VMware, hyperconverged systems, and DR sites.
• Proficient in routing, OSPF, BGP,
• Ensure the reliability and redundancy of network replication servers for disaster recovery (DR) planning.

Team Leadership & Operations:

• Manage and mentor a team of network and infrastructure engineers, ensuring efficient task execution and professional growth.
• Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure provisioning, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Work closely with other teams, including DevOps, to align infrastructure strategies with business needs.
• Work with the DevOps and Studio Ops teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of gaming software and systems.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory and jurisdictional requirements (e.g., GDPR, gaming commissions, ISO standards).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in networking technologies, including Aruba, Fortigate, and hyperconverged systems.
• Strong knowledge of VMware environments and best practices for infrastructure scaling and redundancy.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery (DR) strategies, including network replication servers.
• Leadership experience managing distributed teams and multi-site deployments.
• Ability to travel to studio sites (as needed).
• Experience managing IP video streaming, low-latency environments, and content delivery networks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in iGaming or casino infrastructure deployments.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure.
