ENTER THE GAME 🎮

As a Identity Verification Analyst, you will join the Identity and Payment Integrity team, whose role is to verify the customer identification, as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process within the Identity and Payment Integrity department (IPI). The job holder’s goal is to hit targets and always provide the best quality work to the Identity Verification Analysis Team.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC 🔥

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Responsible for reviewing and authenticating players’ documents.
  • Assisting the IPI Fraud Department with fraud checks and processes.
  • Ensuring that company policies, processes and regulations are always kept in full compliance.
  • Supporting the IPI and Customer Service Department to provide the required service levels to customers.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • You have experience and knowledge of the iGaming industry.
  • You have excellent level of spoken and written English.
  • You have experience using Microsoft Office.
  • You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • You are autonomous and proactive.
  • You have strong administrative skills, with attention to detail.
  • You have excellent Organisation and Time Management skills.
