Neo Group is on the lookout for a HRBP to join our Human Resources Team in Ta'Xbiex, Malta.

Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Leadership:

  • Shape and implement HR strategies that align with our company’s goals and resonate within the CIS region.
  • Be the go-to advisor for senior management on all things HR, helping to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
  • Manage employee relations with empathy and professionalism, resolving conflicts and fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure we’re always in step with local labor laws and regulations across the CIS region.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies that are both globally consistent and locally relevant, keeping us compliant and competitive.

Training and Development:

  • Identify and address training needs, ensuring our team has the skills to succeed and grow.
  • Support career development initiatives, helping our CIS team reach their full potential.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee the administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Work closely with global HR teams to ensure our regional compensation strategies align with our overall company objectives.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Keep a pulse on HR performance with metrics and dashboards, providing insights that drive decision-making.
  • Prepare and present reports that highlight workforce trends and HR activities to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on HR management and leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of CIS labor laws: Deep understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in the CIS region.
  • Leadership and communication skills: Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams, build relationships, and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset: Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound HR decisions.
  • Team player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
  • Bachelor's degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Russian: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
