The Role:
The Multiple is seeking a Head of Product to lead the strategy and execution of our B2B iGaming platform. This role will form a key part of the operations team, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. This role will be an even balance of hands-on product ownership and team leadership. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform: driving product vision, execution, and delivery, while also mentoring and guiding a growing product and project team. You will also maintain overview and be responsible for delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch, across our iGaming platform.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning features and specifications with business goals, client needs, and market opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specs and functional requirements for the engineering and design teams.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across commercial, compliance, operations, and technology to ensure successful product delivery.
- Drive execution of platform enhancements, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery.
- Establish and maintain best practices for product and project management, setting clear processes, workflows, and standards.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to product managers, project managers, and other team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities within the iGaming B2B ecosystem.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, ensuring product direction is customer centric.
- Represent the product function at senior leadership level, influencing company
Requirements:
- Proven track record in iGaming, ideally with hands-on experience building and launching online casinos from end to end.
- Strong background in B2B iGaming platforms (casino, sportsbook, payments, integrations, or related verticals preferred).
- Experience in project management and delivery of projects on time within budget.
- Experience balancing execution with leadership—able to get into the detail when needed, while guiding and growing a team.
- Deep understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and third-party content/solutions in the iGaming industry.
- Demonstrated ability to define product vision and roadmap, and to communicate it clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring product and project management teams.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices in product delivery.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A proactive, commercial mindset with a passion for innovation in iGaming technology.
