Growth Leads is a leading affiliate and lead generation company working within the iGaming and finance verticals. We build high-end websites with quality content that helps customers make an informed buying decision - driving relevant traffic through organic and paid search.

We're looking for a strategic operator who can orchestrate multiple projects simultaneously while staying close to execution. As Head of Operations, you'll oversee a portfolio of 4-6 projects, manage a team of Product Owners, and drive the operational excellence that enables our continued growth. This isn't a traditional PM role - you'll need strong SEO fundamentals and the ability to roll up your sleeves, taking direct ownership of a key project while keeping the bigger picture in focus across our entire portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee 4-6 projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and ensuring strategic alignment across our asset portfolio.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge between SEO, content, development, and marketing teams to keep projects moving forward efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Product Owners, empowering them with ownership while providing strategic direction and support.
  • Hands-On Execution: Take direct ownership of one important project, executing key SEO and operational tasks to drive performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that support our growth trajectory and enable us to scale our portfolio.
  • Partner Management: Communicate and coordinate with external partners as needed to ensure project success.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement systems that allow us to scale efficiently as we grow.
  • Performance Oversight: Monitor project health across the portfolio, identifying risks early and adjusting priorities to maximize traffic, clickouts, and revenue.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Multi-Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping plates spinning without dropping the ball.
  • SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals - you should be able to execute SEO processes and make informed strategic decisions.
  • iGaming Affiliate Experience: Extensive prior experience in the iGaming affiliate space is essential.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the bigger picture across multiple projects while understanding the details that matter.
  • Hands-On Mentality: Comfortable switching between strategic oversight and rolling up your sleeves to execute when needed.
  • Team Management: Experience managing and developing team members, particularly in empowering them with ownership.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where structure evolves and priorities shift.
  • Communication: Excellent at coordinating across teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
