We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead our full growth strategy - connecting marketing, data, and product into one unified performance engine.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We need someone who thinks in systems, works with data, and acts with creativity. Someone who understands that channels are just the means - the goal is sustainable growth, profitability, and customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate is analytical to the core, with a strong grasp of mathematics, statistics, and digital marketing. You will drive acquisition, retention, and monetization across all touchpoints, balancing precision and creativity to scale results.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value.
- Build a data-driven growth framework that connects performance metrics directly to business outcomes.
- Oversee paid media, CRM, lifecycle, and organic channels - ensuring each contributes to measurable, profitable growth.
- Apply rigorous experimentation and statistical testing to validate hypotheses and scale successful initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to align strategies and optimize impact.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights that guide decisions and drive growth.
- Identify emerging opportunities, new channels, and scalable tactics ahead of market trends.
- Build, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team that blends technical expertise and creative problem-solving.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading growth, performance, or marketing analytics within a digital-first company.
- Strong analytical and quantitative background - ability to work with data, metrics, and models.
- Deep understanding of all acquisition and retention channels, including paid media, CRM, and lifecycle.
- Expertise in growth analytics, A/B testing, attribution modelling, and funnel optimization.
- Highly business-oriented mindset - connects marketing efforts to revenue, profit, and customer growth.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and data teams.
- Self-managed, proactive, and comfortable with autonomy.
- Advanced English (mandatory), other languages are a plus.
Nice to have:
- Background in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or economics.
- Experience in high-growth, performance-driven environments (startups, iGaming, or affiliate marketing).
- Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or marketing automation systems.
Benefits
- 40 days of holidays of your choosing (take only the bank holidays you want!);
- 40 days of working from abroad;
- Hybrid working model;
- Flexible working hours;
- Competitive salary, up to β¬95,000/year;
- Discretionary performance bonus;
