Are you a CRM powerhouse with a strategic mindset and a passion for performance-driven campaigns? We’re looking for a Head of CRM to lead our dynamic team and take our customer experience to the next level across multiple brands and licenses.
What you'll do:
- Lead the overall CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
- Define and implement customer segmentation models across platforms to enhance personalization and campaign effectiveness.
- Own the performance and optimization of core CRM KPIs, including ADPU, ARPU, Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, Early Life Conversion, Hold, Bonus Release, Bonus Conversion, Bonus-to-Deposit Ratio, and Bonus-to-GGR Ratio – ensuring alignment with business targets.
- Monitor cohort performance, consistently driving high retention and customer lifetime value across all segments.
- Design and execute comprehensive reactivation strategies and customer journey campaigns to re-engage lapsed users.
- Develop and maintain an effective cross-brand CRM strategy, supporting multi-brand growth and operational efficiency.
- Implement automated CRM journeys tailored to each stage of the customer lifecycle and segment to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Lead and develop the CRM team, enhancing their expertise in CRM and iGaming, setting clear, measurable goals aligned with strategic priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Marketing, and other key teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all customer touchpoints.
- Maintain a structured, forward-thinking approach to campaign planning, ensuring all CRM schedules are finalized at least one month in advance, with content and design assets prepared through Jira.
- Enable scalable CRM operations by supporting a multi-license, multi-brand structure designed for efficient expansion.
Key Requirements:
- Proven Leadership experience in CRM, ideally from a similar role in the iGaming industry.
- Experience in acquisition strategy and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in CRM tools and systems
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
