To lead the CRM Automation Lifecycle Team in designing, executing, and optimising automated, data-driven lifecycle marketing programs across Onboarding & Early Life, Active, and Churn/Reactivation segments, driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value for LeoVegas Group.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and own the CRM automation strategy aligned with retention and commercial revenue goals.
- Identify new lifecycle opportunities to drive user activation, engagement, and reactivation.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-market/brand automated workflows across the customer lifecycles.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Lifecycle Specialists on commercial strategy and the technical implementation of automated lifecycles.
- Prioritise workload effectively within the team to align with business goals and core retention KPIs.
- Lead the team in structured A/B testing to optimise messaging, timing, and segmentation.
- Foster a culture of optimisation through testing, learning, and continuous improvement within the team.
Lifecycle Programme Delivery:
- Lead the design and build of lifecycle journeys in the CRM platform.
- Be the group commercial CRM platform owner and coordinate with development teams for integrations and improvements.
- Establish clear KPIs/purpose/goal for each lifecycle stage (per Brand/Market tailoring to specific requirements, monitoring performance regularly.
- Present lifecycle program performance and strategic insights to senior leadership, influencing broader retention and CRM strategy
- Report on lifecycle performance weekly and monthly to the CRM Manager/Country Teams, including insights and actions for improvement.
- Ensure all automations are data-driven, scalable, and personalised based on user behavior and lifecycle stage.
- Collaborate with CRM, Country Management, Content, Design, and Data teams to deliver effective lifecycle messaging.
- Develop and enforce governance processes to ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of all automated programs. Partner with Legal/Compliance to ensure lifecycle programs meet jurisdictional requirements.
- Enable/orchestrate triggers, programmes and other forms of Always-On, into automated life-cycle automation's in line with our commercial strategies.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Proven experience in CRM automation and lifecycle marketing, preferably in iGaming.
- Experience managing and mentoring a high-performing CRM or lifecycle team.
- Expertise in using CRM platforms for automation (Optimove is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making and optimisation. Skilled in A/B testing frameworks and continuous improvement processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of GDPR and compliance best practices in CRM.
