The Role

The Head of Casino Brand will lead the growth, profitability, and market positioning of one or more online casino brands across multiple markets. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role demands full P&L accountability, operational oversight, and responsibility for player acquisition, retention, and experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive multi-market expertise, strategic vision, and the adaptability and creativity needed to excel in highly competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial and operational goals, leveraging insights from international markets.
  • Brand Management: Define and uphold the brand’s identity, values, and unique selling points (USPs) to stand out in diverse markets.
  • Operational Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, features, and player-focused initiatives.
  • Full Ownership of P&L: Manage budgets, monitor performance, and optimize profitability across multiple markets.
  • Player Acquisition & Retention: Align marketing and CRM efforts to maximize player lifetime value (LTV), reduce churn, and improve engagement metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all departments (Marketing, Operations, CRM, Product, Design) to align goals and deliver unified brand strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with market regulations and adapt to evolving legal landscapes.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate teams, set clear goals, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in iGaming with proven success managing brands across multiple markets.
  • Skills: Strong financial acumen, international expertise, and proficiency in player acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Core Traits: Adaptability, creativity, and resilience to thrive in competitive, fast-paced environments.
  • Collaboration: Skilled at cross-functional teamwork to align objectives and drive seamless execution.

Performance Metrics

  • Revenue growth and profitability across all markets.
  • Improvements in player acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics.
  • Successful multi-market brand positioning and expansion.
  • Delivery of key campaigns and features on time and within budget.
  • Full adherence to regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions.

This role requires a creative, adaptable, and data-driven leader with multi-market expertise and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive the success of a leading online casino brand in a highly competitive industry.
