Job Description:

We’re excited to be on a hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as our next Finance Manager!

In this role, you will oversee group financial operations. You’ll prepare management reports, coordinate audits, ensure compliance with tax and gaming obligations, and support merger and acquisition (M&A) readiness. This is a hands-on, strategic finance role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact on the company’s financial direction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting and reporting.
• Prepare consolidated management accounts and financial reports under IFRS.
• Manage PSP reconciliations.
• Coordinate external financial audits and ensure timely submission of documentation.
• Maintain compliance with tax, VAT.
• Act as the finance lead for M&A and due diligence preparation.
• Maintain and manage data room financial documentation for advisors and auditors.
• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Liaise with legal, compliance, and operations to ensure full financial transparency.

Requirements:

• Fully or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook, or poker).
• Proven track record in financial reporting, audit coordination, and M&A/due diligence.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, financial consolidation.
• Excellent command of Excel and experience with financial systems such as Xero, NetSuite, or Power BI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to liaise with legal, compliance, and operations teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling organization with international exposure.
