Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Invoicing

  • Prepare and process accurate and timely sales invoices for clients.
  • Verify pricing, quantities, and terms against contracts.
  • Ensure invoices are compliant with company policies and industry

regulations.

  • Address and resolve client inquiries related to invoicing issues.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare periodic reports and summaries to support financial analysis.
  • Assist in compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and

reports.

  • Perform data analysis to support financial decision-making.
  • Prepare variance analyses and reconcile discrepancies in financial records.

3. Accounts Receivable Support

  • Track incoming payments.
  • Assist in maintaining the accounts receivable ledger and reconciling client

accounts.

4. Data Entry and Record Keeping

  • Maintain and update financial databases with accurate information.
  • Prepare and organize financial documentation for audits and internal controls.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial records.

5. Month-End Closing Support

  • Assist in month-end closing tasks
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary documentation and

information for closing activities.

  • Support the finance team in identifying opportunities for process

improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field or

hold a relevant accounting qualification (or working towards one)

(ACA/ACCA/equivalent).

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with financial softwares
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
