The Role
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the face of the brand you represent—handling player queries via email and live chat. Your role will be instrumental in gathering customer feedback and collaborating with internal teams to continually improve the user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer support through live chat and email.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and other departments by escalating issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and address customer feedback to support product and service improvements.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving issues according to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with Fraud and Compliance teams when required.
- Foster a positive, proactive, and professional relationship with both customers
and colleagues.
- Promote the values, vision, and products of The Multiple Group.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English & Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong customer orientation and a desire to go the extra mile.
- Effective communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
