Working on a rotating shift schedule, in this role, you will join a young, energetic team whose main responsibility is to assist customers with queries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers by answering incoming email queries;
- Answering customer queries and gathering customersβ feedback by email and chat;
- Calling customers to promote the campaigns to increase engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
- A diploma or similar qualification;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English;
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish will be considered an asset;
- iGaming experience in the field of customer support will be considered an asset;
- Be willing to learn and work on a 24/7 shift schedule;
- Experience with escalations and phone call assistance will be an asset.
SKILLS
- Possess strong typing skills;
- Be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing;
- Be a great team player;
- Can multitask and work under pressure.
