The purpose of this role is to keep our Customer Operations team at the top of their game! You’ll be the playmaker behind our tools and systems - from AI Agentic and Salesforce to our internal back-office platforms - ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. As the go-to expert for all topics related to Customer Operations tooling, you’ll take the lead in refining processes, optimizing performance, and driving continuous improvement. Just like a great coach fine-tuning the team’s strategy, you’ll make sure we’re always performing at our best and delivering a winning experience for our customers.
