We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Casino CRM Coordinator to join our dynamic team at ibet Group. As the Casino CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and managing customer relationship management (CRM) activities for our casino brands. Your primary focus will be to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction by developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns and promotions. You will work closely with various teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure the success of our casino brands CRM initiatives.


What You Will Do:

  • Execute CRM campaigns targeting customers at different lifecycle stages across multiple channels (email, SMS, on-site notifications) to maximize engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Assist with the planning of the promotion calendar, focusing on casino-related events and offers.
  • Write marketing content and oversee the design of campaign assets.
  • Segment the customer database for targeted reactivation and retention campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the product team to implement features and enhancements that improve the customer experience
  • Optimize CRM campaigns through A/B testing, analyzing results, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue, providing regular updates to management.
  • Oversee daily casino operations tasks, including site content management
  • Manage the process of daily awarding.
  • Address and manage additional requests or tasks from senior management, ensuring timely and effective completion aligned with business objectives.


Your Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Casino CRM or a similar role in igaming & highly interested in Casino.
  • Good understanding of player bonuses and incentives.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
  • Knowledge of casino industry trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.
  • Very good communication skills in writing, speaking in English.
  • Additional foreign languages are a great advantage.
