Concept Artist (iGaming)

Hey Visual Storyteller, we’re looking for an Artist Who Can Do It All (and Make It Look Easy)! 

We’re Trifecta Gaming, and we make games that look as good as they feel. Our mission? Create standout casino experiences that blend addictive gameplay with knockout visuals. As we ramp up production, we’re looking for a Senior Game Artist / Concept Artist to help craft the future of iGaming, someone with the vision, talent, and taste to shape bold new worlds (and the icons and reels that go in them). 

This isn’t just another gig. It’s a chance to own the visual identity of multiple titles from the ground up, working alongside passionate game makers who value originality, collaboration, and that extra layer of polish. 

Responsibilities 

• Own the Look – Design original characters, environments, UI elements, and game concepts that players won’t forget. 

• Set the Vision – Take loose ideas or themes and turn them into vivid concept art that defines the style and tone of our games. 

• Collaborate Like a Pro – Work with designers, developers, and fellow artists to bring cohesive, high-quality visuals to life. 

• Refine & Polish – Iterate quickly, give and receive feedback like a champ, and push for pixel-perfect results. 

• Elevate the Craft – Stay on top of trends in iGaming and the broader game industry to keep our visuals fresh and competitive. 

Requirements

•  5+ years of experience in game art/concept art (iGaming projects and gaming). 

• A portfolio that shows range, we want to see your ability to adapt to different themes, art styles, tones, and visual identities. 

• Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other 2D tools. Bonus: experience with Spine, Figma, After Effects, or basic 3D workflows. 

• Strong fundamentals in lighting, composition, and character/environment design. 

• Great communicator, you’re comfortable giving and receiving feedback and presenting your ideas clearly.
