Your daily pitch

We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy CO Quality Control Specialist (m/f/x) to join our Quality & Training team. Your mission? To elevate our employee training experience through engaging, AI-enhanced digital content and a robust onboarding framework. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we onboard new hires, upskill our teams, and roll out department-wide learning initiatives. If you’re passionate about creating impactful training videos, animations, and leveraging AI tools to make learning stick—this is your stage.

Your playing field

• Create engaging onboarding programs for new hires across all levels of the department.
• Develop high-quality training videos, animations, and interactive modules using AI tools and modern design platforms.
• Research, recommend, and help implement a Learning Management System (LMS) tailored to our department’s needs and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and deliver targeted learning solutions.
• Assist in documenting processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Proofread and standardize training materials to maintain a high-quality learning experience.
• Work closely with your stakeholders, to support departmental goals and continuous improvement.
• Support the management with some administrative tasks, such as event planning for Customer Operations.

Qualifications

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

• Experience. You have proven experience in digital learning design, especially video and animation-based training.
• Knowledge. You have a strong knowledge and understanding of AI tools for content creation (e.g., text-to-video, voice-over, animation platforms).
• LMS & Onboarding. You have designed onboarding programs and scalable training frameworks and are familiar with LMS platforms as well as e-learning best practices.
• Communication. You have excellent communication and organizational skills. English is the official language in our Malta office; therefore fluent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany, German language skills would be beneficial.
• Mindset. You are pro-active and solution-orientated and are happy to work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Industry. Previous experience in a similar role in iGaming / Sport Betting industry is a strong plus.
