Position Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Casino & VIP Manager to lead the operations of our live casinos while also owning the end-to-end management of our high-value VIP player base.
You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of our casino product—game performance, platform integrity, marketing execution—as well as delivering a premium VIP, personalized experience to our most valuable players.
The ideal candidate combines deep industry knowledge, analytical insight, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll drive player acquisition, retention, and revenue growth while ensuring the highest standards of service, compliance, and innovation across the board.


Key Responsibilities: 

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Casino Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the online casino across desktop and mobile, ensuring seamless game performance and platform stability.
  • Manage the sites with updated content and new game releases, game categorization, and QA for promotions and lobby experiences.
  • Collaborate with CRM and affiliation team to plan, launch, and optimize promotions, welcome offers, and loyalty campaigns.
  • Track key KPIs (e.g., game performance, ROI, conversion funnels) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with affiliate, tech, and compliance teams to ensure campaign effectiveness, regulatory adherence, and fraud monitoring and act accordingly.
  • Monitor provider performance, conduct A/B testing, and explore innovations
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize ongoing promotions, bonuses, and retention initiatives.
  • Assess game popularity and provider performance regularly.
  • Review bonus redemptions, campaign ROI, and conversion funnels (registration, KYC, first deposit).

VIP Management

  • Proactively identify and nurture high-potential and top-tier players, using data-driven insights and personalized engagement to increase retention and lifetime value.
  •  Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIPs through tailored promotions, exclusive bonuses, cashback offers, gifting strategies, and ongoing one-to-one communication.
  • Personally review the activity of the top players, approve large payouts, and oversee the delivery of premium, personalized experiences—such as account milestones, anniversaries, and reward preferences.
  • Handle escalated complaints or sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion, ensuring VIPs receive top-tier service across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze VIP trends, play patterns, churn risk, and campaign effectiveness in collaboration with CRM and Affiliate team to continuously refine VIP strategies.
  • Review and approve promotional materials, targeted communications, and special offers for high-value segments.
  • Monitor competitor VIP programs, promotional trends, and player engagement tactics to ensure our offering remains competitive and innovative.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, including gamification, crypto, and tech advancements, and recommend new features like tournaments, leaderboards, or cross-sell initiatives.

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in casino operations or gaming platform and experience within iGaming sector.
  • 3+ years of experience within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of casino game mechanics.
  • Experience managing a multi-market or multi-language casino.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of compliance, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Must be located in Malta (Hybrid role)
