THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for a Casino Games Manager who will take ownership of our games portfolio, shape future releases, and play a key role in enhancing the player experience. If you’re passionate about casino products, thrive on collaboration, and are eager to grow into a future senior or head-level role, this could be your next big step.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Set up, test, and evaluate new casino games.
- Build and execute roadmaps for future game releases.
- Position titles on our sites, guided by data and strategy.
- Share insights on new games and contribute to promotional planning.
- Liaise with game providers and build successful working relationships.
- Collaborate with CRM to craft exciting game-related offers.
- Keep other departments in the loop on upcoming releases, updates, and maintenance.
- Be an active team player, working closely with your colleagues in the Casino team.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives across the Casino department.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in the iGaming or online casino industry.
- Strong communication skills with confidence in liaising with providers.
- Background in working with CRM teams on offers and campaigns.
- Knowledge of the Finnish market is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Pragmatic Play’s platform is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decisions.
- A team-oriented approach and positive attitude.
- Ambition and drive to grow into a senior or head-level role.
