The Casino Coordinator contributes to the development, maintenance and growth of the casino product and ensures that games operations are completed in a timely and effective manner.

This position is on a full-time basis 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities: 

  • Game releases; assisting the Casino Manager and Head of Casino with admin, certifications, launching and testing new games.
  • Assist the Casino Manager with new provider releases.
  • Assist the Casino Manager with casino lobby games ordering.
  • Perform frequent quality and optimization checks of the casinos on both desktop and mobile.
  • Assist the Casino Manager with reporting from time to time.
  • Assist the Customer support team with games issues and/or queries.
  • Maintain a strong and professional relationship with the 3rd party account managers.
  • Staying up to date and contributing to provider communications and projects.
  • Contributing to UX optimization/New features brainstorming.
  • Assist with markets and competitor analysis on games and trends.
  • Overall assisting the Casino Manager with any product projects and the day to day upkeep and running of the casinos.

Requirements:

  • A solid knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • A flexible team player who is able to work independently.
  • Solution-minded problem solver.
  • An eye for detail.
  • A ‘can do’ and hands-on approach.
