As a Casino Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the game lobby and content for some of our key brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRM, marketing, operations and brand management, to drive casino strategy, enhance user experience, and ensure the successful delivery of engaging and profitable casino promotions and campaigns. Your expertise in the iGaming industry, marketing tactics, and player preferences will be critical in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

    • Manage onsite casino games positioning, coordinate and execute the game launch process of new titles across different brands and markets.
    • Maintain existing and implement new providers/games across different licenses.
    • Build and maintain good relationships with our internal and external partners by managing day-to-day operations and requests swiftly and efficiently.
    • Develop and optimize campaign tactics for Casino campaigns and marketing activities.
    • Optimize and propose various strategies that increase player engagement and website performance.
    • Perform prior and post campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement, create an effective follow plan and conclusions or take appropriate action.
    • Be a point of contact for escalations from Customer Support, other brand departments and brand managers, and take the required business decisions on individual cases.
    • Monitor of our key user experience flows, issue/bug escalation and follow-up until resolution or backlog addition.
    • Check and ensure that all casino and live casino products are available for customers and that all games and their functionalities work normally.
    • Regularly review games performance and pro-actively highlight any new trends for consideration as well as lobby recommendations for consideration.
    • Participate in internal improvement processes and implementation of new features and procedures that can contribute to the workflow.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a similar role within an online casino – experience managing game lobby, casino promotions and contact with 3rd party providers
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in iGaming industry with focus on online casino
    • In-depth knowledge of casino games, games providers, market trends, and competitor landscape
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and customer insights to drive operations strategy and decision-making
    • Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels
    • Proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and address issues promptly and effectively
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in the iGaming industry
