Role Overview
NEXT.io is seeking a Business Development Manager for LATAM to accelerate our growth in this key region of the iGaming sector. You will be responsible for driving new business, developing partnerships, and expanding NEXT.io’s footprint across Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.
This is a commercial role for a relationship-driven and results-oriented sales professional with a strong understanding of client needs and the ability to deliver on revenue targets. You will own a sales quota, proactively build a pipeline of opportunities, and ensure clients receive outstanding service throughout their journey with NEXT.io.
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and strong professional English is required.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets assigned to you.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline across LATAM.
- Cross-sell NEXT.io’s portfolio of solutions (events, digital sponsorships, media, content platforms).
- Attend NEXT.io and competitor events across LATAM and internationally to represent the brand and build connections.
Client Relationship Management
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with LATAM clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and deliver a first-class customer experience.
- Understand client needs and align NEXT.io’s offerings to create tailored solutions.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with internal teams (events, marketing, partnerships, content) to ensure flawless delivery of client commitments.
- Share client insights to help shape NEXT.io’s LATAM strategy and improve products.
- Work both autonomously and collaboratively to meet deadlines and exceed targets.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Use HubSpot (CRM) to track leads, manage pipeline, and forecast sales.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on KPIs, pipeline, and results.
- Maintain up-to-date account records and ensure all client activity is captured.
Must-Haves
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese, with strong professional English.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development with a focus on LATAM markets.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within LATAM and internationally for events and client meetings.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in the iGaming, events, or media industry.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Ability to cross-sell multiple product lines and solutions.
- Existing LATAM industry network.
