Back-End Developer (PHP, Symfony)

Role Overview: 

We are looking for a back-end specialist with strong expertise in PHP and Symfony to help finalize and scale two strategic platforms — PromoGuy and PlayersPoints. This role will involve integrations with external services, webhook handling, and scalable system architecture design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize the backend logic for PromoGuy, including Stripe subscriptions, user tiers, and Discord integration
  
• Expand and maintain the PlayersPoints.com backend, focusing on affiliate tracking via S2S postbacks, user data flows, and reward management
  
• Handle complex integrations with external APIs and services (e.g. Routy, OneSignal, Stripe)
  
• Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
  
• Collaborate with front-end developers and product stakeholders to deliver high-impact features
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience with PHP and the Symfony framework
  
• Understanding of affiliate systems, S2S tracking, and reward-based architectures
  
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and managing webhook flows
  
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
  
• Comfortable in a remote work setup and cross-functional environment
